I’m an operations and systems-focused consultant with hands-on experience supporting food and cannabis manufacturing teams across product development, production, compliance support, and internal reporting.
My work sits at the intersection of product optimization, operational structure, and financial clarity. I help teams move from ad-hoc processes to documented, repeatable systems that support consistency, scalability, and informed decision-making.
I’ve worked inside real production environments building batch records, optimizing recipes and yields, mapping workflows, supporting audits and inspections, implementing inventory and tracking systems, and translating operational data into tools leadership can actually use. I’m especially effective in environments where teams are growing quickly and need structure without unnecessary complexity.
My approach is practical and collaborative. I don’t lead with theory or over-engineered solutions. I focus on what will actually work for your operation, your team, and your current stage of growth.
I typically support clients on a project-based or embedded basis, partnering closely with operators, managers, and leadership to strengthen systems from the inside.
